Standard lenses come with a 90-day exchange warranty from the date of despatch. The exchange facility can be used to adjust lens parameters such as change the radius, diameter and power of the ordered lens(es).

Exchange policy available at an additional cost.
We also provide up to two free trial lenses to determine the correct fit.
Nissel Custom
No exchange policy. However, we provide up to two free trial lenses to ensure the correct fit before ordering.
IntegroLens
No exchange policy. However, we provide up to two free trial lenses to ensure the correct fit before ordering
For RGP contact lenses, any multi-purpose RGP solution can be used. For Soft contact lenses, Cantor Barnard recommends the use of Ote Twins Active and Avizor Unica Sensitive.
Cantor Barnard Soft and RGP contact lenses can be worn for up to a year, however lens replacement should be recommended by your Eye Care Professional for your individual needs.
